Raspberry Lemon Yogurt Popsicles

raspberry lemon yogurt popsicles

Summer time….ice cream time! I made popsicles this time ( ice cream in stick), more practical to share. I still have raspberry stock on my refrigerator, like I’ve said on my last post, I got a lot of self-picking fresh raspberry from my mother-in-law’s garden. Check out my latest post Raspberry Chocolate Brownie.

Take a look up there the ingredients ( very simple right?)

ingredient  making ice cream

Mash the fresh raspberries with sugar and lemon juice. Mix yogurt and milk together (if you like, you can add 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup into the yogurt mixture).

Fill the popsicles molds with the mixture, place in refrigerator for 35 minutes, add popsicles sticks, freeze it for 4-5 hours and ready to serve.
