If you fans of Asian or Chinese food, you should try this one, it’s easy to make veggie dish, perfect to serve as side dish. I served this with steamed rice. I found this baby bok choy at Asia shop because it can’t be found at supermarket or grocery stores in Germany. This is it; garlic sesame baby bok choy soy sauce!

Garlic baby bok choy soy sauce


  • 5 (500g) baby bok choy
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds


  1. Trim the bottom off of each bok choy and wash clean.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds, add bok choy, add soy sauce. Stir fry for about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Remove from heat.
  3. Serve with steamed rice.
