zucchini cheddar cheese rice

I’ve made this rice dish last night, Actually it serve as side dish, but I’m a rice-eater, so I ate this as main course. It’s a little bit boring if you just steam the rice, I added grated zucchini and grated cheddar cheese after cooked the rice, season with garlic powder, salt and pepper, it was perfect rice dish that I ever had. On this recipe I used Basmati rice, it’s a long grain rice, which is traditionally from South Asia. It has a typical pandan-like flavor caused by the aroma.
