Tofu with colorful paprika

Tofu with colorful paprika. Mmmm sounds good for people who vegetarian. I’ve made this for dinner, I served it with warm steamed basmati rice, that was perfect dinner.  I’ve bought the white tofu at asia shop. Actually the recipe is very simple, you just need patience to cut dice the tofu and paprika. 🙂

  • 200g Tofu
  • 1/2 red, yellow and green Paprika
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tablespoon Cumin powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Curry powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil for frying
  • 50ml Water
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper


  1. Cut small dice tofu.
  2. Cut small dice red, yellow and green paprika.
  3. Chop onion.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, fry diced tofu for few minutes, set aside.
  5. Fry onion in a pan with oil for one minute.
  6. Add cumin, curry and paprika powder.
  7. Add chopped paprika, continue frying.
  8. Add fried tofu. Season with salt and black pepper.
  9. Add water, cook for 10 minutes until the water reduce.
  10. Add balsamic. Stir
  11. Serve with warm white rice.
