The last few months I experimented gluten free cake recipes, this is one of my favorite recipe, it took a lot of ingredients to make this recipe and maybe you have to bought it at organic store. October is pumpkin season …so it would be a lot pumpkin recipe on this blog.

This walnut raisin banana bread is perfect to serve for breakfast with your morning coffee, it’s very simple to make and the ingredients are very healthy, normally I made only just simple banana bread for breakfast but this time with additional walnut and raisins made it more tasty. So have a nice try!.

Herb walnut muffins 

I’ve made this savory muffin today, it tasted so great, rich of flavor of herb; basil, thyme and  rosemary. With the combination of walnut and parmesan cheese make this muffins taste so perfect (for me :-)). Actually, I quiet rarely to bake savory muffins, but after this time, I’ll bake more often.
