Noodle with Bok Choy and Shiitake Mushrooms

I’ve just made this stir-fried noodle with bok choy and shiitake mushrooms today for lunch, it was so delicious and quite easy to make as long as you have Asian seasoning like soy sauce, mirin and sesame oil. I used frozen fresh egg noodles on this recipes and added some black and white sesame seeds.

Somen noodle with ginger garlic sesame soy sauce

Have you ever tried somen noodle? It’s a thin white Japanese noodle made from wheat flour, normally serve cold. I made somen noodle with ginger garlic sesame soy sauce and ate this together with Teriyaki Salmon. It was so delicous!

Soba Noodle with Honey Ginger Sesame Soy Sauce

Normally I eat soba noodle only at restaurant. I was at organic shop and I’ve seen Buckwheat noodle , in Japanese called Soba noodle. So, I’ve made soba noodle with honey ginger sesame soy sauce for our dinner menu. It’s very easy and delicious. I served this with fried tofu.
