Mango Salsa

After I made Peach Salsa and Pineapple Salsa, seems I addicted to salsa, there’s a lot of different kind salsa recipes, the familiar one is made from tomato (salsa brava), or Avocado (Guacamole). This time I’ll post mango salsa. It tastes so spicy, fruity and refreshing. You can serve this mango salsa with tortilla chips.

Peach Salsa

Anybody have tried peach salsa? After I made strawberry salsa, apricot salsa and tomato salsa,  I think I should try salsa with peach, I combined the peach with tomato, jalapeño, red onion, fresh cilantro leaves, lime juice, garlic and sea salt. I served this with tortilla chips, mmm so yummy, what a beautiful afternoon  :-).

Jalapeño Red Quinoa Bites

Quinoa grain has been called a super food, the grain is good source of protein, calcium, magnesium and iron. It’s gluten-free and considered easy to digest. It’s very useful for vegans and those who are lactose intolerant.

Pineapple Salsa

After I made strawberry salsa served with cinnamon sugar tortilla chips few months ago, I’m addicted to salsa. I also made chicken breast with apricot salsa, crispy fried mozzarella with tomato salsa, and shrimp mango salsa wrap.
