Pumpkin season ….. I love every time I went to supermarket, I always found different kind of pumpkins and of course different sizes of pumpkins, The pumpkin or squash that I’ve bought are Butternut squash, Hokkaido pumpkin, Spaghetti pumpkin, Sweet dumpling, Baby bear pumpkin and Acorn pumpkin. I still keep some of them, looking for some great recipes to try to. This time I used sweet dumpling squash, it’s a little small as Hokkaido pumpkin, and they have nice color and motive, I enjoyed just to look at it. I just add some butter and chopped marjoram inside of the squash and at the end pour it with honey, just simple.
