I’ve made this Spinach salad sesame soy sauce dressing as appetizer. On this recipe I used fresh spinach and boiled it for few second and pour in cold water to halt the cooking process (blanching). For the dressing, I mixed tahini, soy sauce, rice wine, sesame seeds and sugar. Stir in boiled spinach and ready to serve. For someone who loves vegetable especially spinach, will loves this as a salad variation.
