Spinach Cumin Cheese Quesadillas

Quesadilla is a flour or corn tortilla filled with savory mixture and fold in half like a half-moon shape. It’s originated from Mexico. I love Quesadillas, especially the melting cheese. Normally I ate this at Restaurant, but since I found the tortilla everywhere in supermarket, what I need just  the filling, with my own favorite ingredients.

I made spinach cumin cheese quesadillas, made from ready-to-use tortilla, fresh spinach, gouda cheese and cumin seeds. I didn’t made this in a pan, but in microwave. It’s very simple dish for my breakfast.
