Spaghetti Salmon Mushroom Dill Sauce

Looking for delicious dinner recipe? you should this one, spaghetti salmon oyster mushrooms dill sauce. I’ve bought oyster mushroom at supermarket and thought about to make pasta sauce from it. Something you should know, this oyster mushroom is edible mushroom that was first cultivated in Germany as subsistense measure during World War.  It may be a considered medicinal mushroom, that which work to reduce cholesterol.

On this post I mixed the mushrooms with diced salmon, cooked in creamy sauce and season with fresh dill. It’s perfect to serve with any kind pasta types you have at home, here I used spaghetti. Portion spaghetti on the plate, pour the salmon mushroom dill sauce and served with grated parmesan cheese.

Spaghetti Salmon Mushroom Dill Sauce


  • 100g Spaghetti
  • -----------------------
  • 200g salmon fillet, diced
  • 200g oyster mushrooms, cleaned, sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon flour
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 100ml vegetable broth
  • ---------------------------------
  • garnish: grated parmesan cheese


  1. Boil spaghetti according cooking instructions.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, saute onion and garlic.
  3. Add diced salmon, add oyster mushrooms, cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add flour, stir it.
  5. Add vegetable broth, cream, season with salt and pepper, cooked for another 10 minutes, or until a little thick consistency.
  6. Add chopped fresh dill and remove the pan from the stove.
  7. Arrange boiled spaghetti on the plate, pour the salmon-mushroom-dill sauce, served with grated parmesan cheese.
