sautéed garlic spinach

Spinach is my favorite vegetable, I’ve made a lot of recipe with spinach, such as; Spinach Avocado Basil Pasta Sauce, Clear Spinach Soup, Green Smoothie and Spinach Polenta. This sautéed garlic spinach is very simple to make, you just need fresh spinach, shallot, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. I just made this today as side dish, I’ve prepared white rice and fried prawns for dinner and I was looking for something veggie to complete my dinner, I found fresh spinach that I’ve bought last weekend in refrigerator. It’s a healthy side dish! For you who is vegetarian or vegan will love this too:-)

  1. Cool!!! This is such a great way to eat a lot of spinach without even realising it because it shrinks down so much! I make a variation of this using Chinese greens. Thanks for sharing!

    • Hallo Nagi…yes,I thought the portion was enough for 2 persons, my husband ate all of them (at the end it’s only small portion). Great idea with Chinese greens 🙂
