Salmon Bell Pepper

Anybody love salmon? I do. I tried to eat fish dish at least once a week. This salmon bell pepper is my delicious dinner, diced fried salmon with red and yellow bell pepper, flavored with garlic, thyme and black pepper. Salmon Bell Pepper

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillet (400g), diced
  • 1/2 lemon, press the juice
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced or sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced or sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme

Instructions:

  1. Marinade the diced salmon with lemon juice, salt and pepper for 10 minutes. Strain.
  2. Fry the salmon for 5 minutes, set aside.
  3. Use the same oil to fry the sliced bell peppers, chopped onion and crushed garlic.
  4. Fry for 8-10 minutes, add fried salmon.
  5. Season with salt, pepper and thyme.
  6. Serve it with mashed potato.
