I just made Rosemary carrot fries today  as snack for welcoming German soccer team ( I’m watching on TV ), they just arriving in Berlin and all Fans (about more than hundert thousand Fans- 250.000 Fans) waiting for them at Brandenburger Tor. Yeah we’re the world cup champion for the 4th.times.

Back to the rosemary carrot fries :-), on this recipe I used about 10 pieces of carrots, peeled and cut it like a sticks. I made the mixture of olive oil, chopped rosemary, salt and pepper. I combined it until carrots coated with the mixture and bake it 200°C/400°F for 25-30 minutes until tender. Enjoy your carrot snacks!.

Rosemary Carrot Fries


  • 700g carrots (12 pieces)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoons chopped freshrosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


  1. Peel, wash and cut lengths he carrots (like a stick).
  2. Preheat oven 200°C/400°F.
  3. In a small bowl, combine olive oil with rosemary, salt and pepper.
  4. Prepare a big bowl, mix carrot stick with the oil mixture, combine well until all carrots coated.
  5. Place into baking sheet ( I used special baking sheet for making fries, if you don't have, use normal baking sheet).
  6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until tender.
  7. Remove from the oven, if you like add more salt, ready to serve.
