Roasted Butternut Squash Fries

Last time I’ve made Rosemary Butternut Squash , simple and delicious appetizer. I love pumpkins, especially butternut squash, it has sweet and nutty taste. This time I post Roasted Butternut Squash Fries, this recipe inspired by BareRootGirl.Com food blog website.

Roasted Butternut Squash Fries


  • 1 small butternut squash
  • 3 Tablespoons avocado oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper


  1. Preheat oven 200°C or 400°F.
  2. Peel the squash, cut into half , scrap out the seeds and cut lengths like a stick.
  3. Mix avocado oil, salt and black pepper, put it into a plastic.
  4. Add the squash into the plastic, shake it until the squash coated with the spice.
  5. Spread the squash on baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
  7. Ready to serve.
