Raspberry Chocolate Brownie for dessert, yummy! what a fruity dessert. In Summer, you can find a lot of berries fruit everywhere, especially on June-July is raspberry season, on this month I harvested about 2-3 kg of fresh raspberries from my mother-in-law’s garten. She calculated the whole harvest this season, at the end reached 8 kilogram this year, not bad for private garden. In Germany it costs almost €2 for 125g fresh raspberries.

Take a look this fresh raspberries on the bowl, looks so cute right. It tastes so sweet from nature and this lovely fruits are self-picking raspberries from my mother-in-law’s garten.

I used rectangular baking dish to make this brownie ( as you can see on the picture), for the chocolate mixture I used both chocolate block and cocoa powder, at the end you tasted strong chocolate-taste brownie. I mixed it with raspberry cream cheese mixture, pour and swirl it with chocolate brownie batter. Bake 180°C/350°F for 30minutes, cut it into small square pieces and ready to serve.
