Summer time….this time I enjoyed my afternoon with homemade plum frozen yogurt, it’s only 3 ingredients to make this yummy dessert; fresh plums, Greek yogurt and simple syrup. First, wash and remove the seeds of the plums (keep the skin of the fruit- don’t peel it), then frozen it with the yogurt for 2-3 hours. After that, blend the frozen plums, yogurt and simple syrup until smooth. Serve immediately or freeze it first before serving.

Plum Frozen Yogurt


  • 5 plums (500g), seeded, cut into wedges, frozen
  • 200g Greek yogurt, chilled in freezer
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup


  1. Combine chilled yogurt, frozen plum wedges and simple syrup.
  2. Blend all ingredients until smooth, you can make it with food processor or an ice cream maker..
  3. Serve immediately or place in freezer before serving.
