Another smoothie…..smoothie..and smoothie… I could everyday post about smoothie recipe, it’s daily breakfast drink for me and my husband. I mixed at least two different fruits and combined it with yogurt or milk , honey for sweetness and some rolled oats and flax seeds for some energy. Today I post Plum Banana Smoothie , it’s mix of plums, banana, yogurt, milk, rolled oats and brown flax seeds. I didn’t use sweetness like honey, because the fruits are already sweet, the plums and banana are ripe. Enjoy this yummy plum banana smoothie.
