Plum Banana Smoothie

Another smoothie…..smoothie..and smoothie… I could everyday post about smoothie recipe, it’s daily breakfast drink for me and my husband. I mixed at least two different fruits and combined it with yogurt or milk , honey for sweetness and some rolled oats and flax seeds for some energy. Check out another smoothie that I’ve been made ; Nectarine Mango Smoothie, Papaya Mango Smoothie, Blueberry Pineapple Smoothie  and  Strawberry Banana Smoothie.

Today I post Plum Banana Smoothie , it’s mix of plums, banana, yogurt, milk, rolled oats and brown flax seeds. I didn’t use sweetness like honey, because the fruits are already sweet, the plums and banana are ripe. Enjoy this yummy plum banana smoothie.

Plum Banana Smoothie


  • 4 plums, pitted
  • 1 banana, peeled, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon brown flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk


  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour into the glass.

  1. I love smoothies, and I’ve never paired plum with banana before. This sounds delicious, and I love the color! 🙂
