Pistachio Chocolate Balls

Chocolate balls… mmm I’m sure everybody love this, mix with pistachio nuts…. it’s highlight of the day. Since I made rum balls and sprinkle balls many times, always come up the idea to mix the chocolate balls with different kinds of nuts such as; hazelnut, almond, cashew nut etc. Sometimes I mixed it with desiccated coconut, perfect taste. This time I post the recipe of pistachio chocolate balls, it will sweet your day!

Pistachio Chocolate Balls

Ingredients
  • 200g biscuits
  • 100ml condensed milk, unsweetened
  • 60g butter, room temperature
  • 50g ground almond
  • 1 tablespoons sugar
  • 100g chocolate block, melted
  • 100g chopped pistachio
Instructions
  1. Crush the biscuits with blender, put in a bowl.
  2. Add ground almond, condensed milk, butter, sugar, melted chocolate.
  3. Mix it with spoon, use 2 spoons to make a small round form.
  4. Put chopped pistachio on a plate, roll the chocolate balls until coated with pistachio.
  5. Keep it in refrigerator for 30 minutes, ready to serve.

  1. Mmmm they look really, really good! They remind me of one of our favorite quick cracker accompaniments – rolling cream cheese in pistachios to make little balls that look very similar to that!
