I always drink smoothie or juice everyday in the morning for breakfast. I used any kind of fruit I have at home to mix. Today’s recipe, I made pear cucumber ginger coconut water drink with additional cashew nuts, just remove from recipe if you don’t want nuts into the juice. Especially at pear season you should try this combination of juice.

Pear cucumber ginger coconut water drink

Ingredients:

  • 2 pears, peeled, cored
  • 200g cucumber, peeled, sliced
  • 150ml coconut water
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cashew nuts

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients with blender or food processor until smooth.
