Peach Salsa

Anybody have tried peach salsa? After I made strawberry salsa, apricot salsa and tomato salsaI think I should try salsa with peach, I combined the peach with tomato, jalapeño, red onion, fresh cilantro leaves, lime juice, garlic and sea salt. I served this with tortilla chips, mmm so yummy, what a beautiful afternoon  :-).

To make the tortilla chips: Preheat oven 150°C/ 300°F. Grease tortilla with butter, spread with cinnamon and sugar. Cut into 8 pieces. Place on baking sheet. Bake for 5-7 minutes until light brown (keep your eyes on tortilla during baking 🙂 it will turns to dark brown.

Peach Salsa


  • 3 peaches, skinned, cubed
  • 1 medium tomato, cubed
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded, diced
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1-2 tablespoons chopped cilantro leaves
  • juice from 1/2 lime
  • sea salt


  1. Combine all ingredients into the bowl, combine well.
  2. Portion into the glass.
  3. Serve with Tortilla chips.
