Peach Pecan Crumble

Peach season start now in Germany, it time to make fruity dessert. This time I made peach pecan crumble, it was perfect afternoon to enjoy this with a cup of tea. This recipe enough only for 2 persons, double the recipe if you want.

Peach Pecan Crumble


  • For the peach filling:
  • 3 peaches, sliced
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 2 Tablespoons coconut sugar
  • Crumble mixture:
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup pecan nuts, halved or chopped


  1. Grease baking dish with coconut oil.
  2. Spoon peach mixtures into prepared baking dish.
  3. Spread crumble mixtures over peaches.
  4. Bake 180°C for 30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the peach juice is bubbling on the edges. Remove from the oven, place on a wire rack, and allow to cool slightly before serving. Serve warm, room temperature, or cold.
