Peach Banana Breakfast

To eat breakfast….is a must. That’s why I have a lot breakfast recipe, most of them are very simple to make, normally add fruit and yogurt. This time I’ll post peach banana breakfast, the yogurt mixture that I made are mixture of yogurt, almond butter and honey. Top with brown flax seeds and flaked almonds. Peach Banana Breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana, peeled, sliced
  • 1 peach, peeled, cut wedges
  • 5 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon brown flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flaked almonds

Instructions:

  1. Prepare a bowl.
  2. Mix yogurt, almond butter and honey.
  3. Add banana and peach.
  4. Sprinkle with flax seeds and flaked almonds.

  1. Great flavour combo! Do you normally just serve this over cereal or oats??

    • Hallo Nagi, sometimes I add some cereal into the yogurt mixture, it depends how hungry am I, or how much energy I need to start my day. Actually, one banana is already enough for me – I’m skinny woman:-), of course you can add your cereal or oats if you like :-).

  2. I love yogurt with fruit for breakfast– and adding nuts and seeds makes it so good! Dark chocolate is another great addition 🙂
