Papaya Balls

papaya balls

Few days ago I made papaya balls with ginger mint honey sauce for appetizer as salad before I ate dinner. But my husband ate this as dessert after dinner. So, you can also decide when you’re gonna serve this sweet-cute-orange-color balls. What you need is fruit ball scooper (take a look the picture below), it’s not only to make papaya balls, but also melon or watermelon. On this recipe I used half of whole papaya, remove the seeds, wash and scoop the flesh. For the sauce, I combined honey, lime juice, grated ginger and fresh mint leaves. Season with salt and pepper. Combine the fruit balls with the sauce and serve cold.
