Papaya Avocado Salad

papaya avocado salad

I made this papaya avocado salad to tested how good is my new camera.  My husband gave me a camera to me as a birthday present for few days ago. It’s Nikon D5300. So happy to have this camera, I hope my food photography one step better than before. Back to the papaya avocado salad, the main ingredients are only 1 papaya (I used baby papaya) and 1 avocado.

Just peel and slice the papaya, cut half the avocado and slice or dice it, toss with olive oil, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper. That’s it, ready to serve. Healthy fruity salad.

  1. So simple! It looks so good. I’ve never used papaya in a salad- I am sure with the lemon juice it’s a great combination. The sunflower seeds make this though!
