I love to eat breakfast with overnight oats, very easy to make and healthy too. Top with fruits for final touch. One of my favorite recipe is Almond Date Overnight Oats, BuzzFeed also featured this recipe on their post with 10 Overnight Oat Recipes Every Super Mom Deserve to Devour. This time I post a litte bit nutty overnight oats, cause I added some chopped walnuts and almond butter into it. I served this with fresh red grapes. You can add any kind of fresh fruits you like.

Overnight Oats with Grapes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup cereal germ
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • ------------------------------
  • Red grapes for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well, cover with plastic wraps, keep in the fridge overnight.
  2. Add some red grapes before serving.
