If you don’t have time to sit down for breakfast, this healthy bars will be perfect. It contain protein, fiber and slow-releasing carbohydrate. It will keep your blood sugar levels stable and support immune health.

Nut, Seed, Fruit Breakfast Bars


  • 1 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon maca powder
  • 5 Medjool dates, chopped
  • 5 dried fig, chopped
  • 5 dried apricot, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons goji berry
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon shelled hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 6 Brazil nuts, chopped
  • 1 cup almond
  • 1/4 cup cashew butter
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seed butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • pinch of vanilla powder
  • pinch of sea salt
  • coconut oil for greasing


  1. Heat the oven 180°C/350°F and grease rectangular baking dish with coconut oil.
  2. Blend almond nuts with processor,transfer to mixing bowl, add chopped Brazil nuts, seeds, oat , coconut flakes, stir with maca powder, chopped dried fruits, vanilla powder and salt.
  3. Mix cashew butter, pumpkin seed butter and honey, pour into the dry ingredients.
  4. Spread the mixtures to prepared baking dish. Bake 20-25 minutes until slightly golden .
  5. Leave to cool in the pan, the cut into 9 bars.
