Nectarine blueberry yogurt breakfast……my breakfast this morning, it’s very easy to make, first you have to prepare a bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of yogurt (Greek yogurt) and 1 tablespoon of honey. Then , add sliced nectarine (1 piece) and some fresh blueberries (2 tablespoons), sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of chia seeds, Taa..daa.. your breakfast is ready. You can also add some oats into yogurt+honey mixture, soak it overnight for the best result.
Yogurt is the basic of my breakfast, I always mixed it with fresh fruits for quick and easy breakfast.
