Mushroom spinach cayenne pepper


Looking for fast and delicious recipes with vegetables? try this mushroom spinach cayenne pepper recipe! it is made from brown champignon mushrooms, fresh spinach leaves and red cayenne pepper. Just sauté chopped onion and garlic with olive oil, season with soya sauce, salt and pepper. Ready to eat as appetizer, side dish or main course. You can eat it with warm white rice if you serve it as main course.

Mushroom spinach cayenne pepper


  • 200g brown champignon mushrooms
  • 100g fresh spinach
  • 100g red cayenne pepper (5 pieces)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons soja sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper


  1. Brush and slice mushrooms.
  2. Wash spinach leaves.
  3. Slice cayenne pepper.
  4. Chop onion and garlic.
  5. Heat oil in a pan, sauté chopped onion and garlic.
  6. Add sliced cayenne pepper and mushrooms, cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Add spinach. Continue cooking for 1 minute.
  8. Season with soya sauce, salt and black pepper.
