Last weekend, I’ve bought a lot of red currants and other berries at organic store. I love to combine it into my smoothie or muffins. Today’s recipe is mango red currant smoothie. Enjoy it!

Mango Red Currant Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1/4 cup red currants
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients with food processor/blender until smooth.
