Summer time…it’s time to eat ice cream or popsicles! This time I made mango raspberry popsicles, I love something fruity to make dessert, especially in summer season, you’ll find a lot of fruits in season. For this recipe I only used raspberry, mango, orange juice and agave syrup for sweetness. Very easy to make and so refreshing!

Mango Raspberry Popsicles

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled, cut into chunks (about 1 cup)
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries or thawed frozen raspberries
  • 1 orange, press the juice ( about 1/2 cup orange juice)
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup

Instructions:

  1. Puree raspberries with 1/4 cup orange juice and 1 tablespoon agave syrup with food processor until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Puree mango chunks with 1/4 cup orange juice and 1 tablespoon agave syrup until smooth.
  3. Pour pureed raspberry and pureed mango into popsicle mold (make layer).
  4. Freeze at least 4 hours.
