Mango Peppermint smoothie……..! Mango & Peppermint = interesting combo. Mango is always everybody’s favorite fruit. Peppermint tea has healing effects and it’s effective to ease problem such as; headaches, diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, cold and bad breath:) I’ve mixed fresh mango with peppermint tea, it’s a great refreshment drink. It can be enjoyed anytime, normally I drink this mango peppermint smoothie for breakfast or in the afternoon.

  • 1 Mango
  • 100ml Peppermint tea
  • 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Yoghurt


  1. Prepare a bowl.
  2. Peel mango, cut chunks.
  3. Mix peppermint tea with brown sugar.
  4. Add yoghurt.
  5. Mix all of the into blender or food processor.
  6. Serve it on a glass.
  7. Garnish with mint leaf.


You can make the mint tea from tea bag or fresh mint leaves. Pour with 100ml hot water and cool it down.
