This kale chips is one of the easiest healthy snack that I ever made, it’s easy to make and you don’t have to feel guilty to eat this chips. What you need only olive oil and salt. To be honest, I didn’t have any idea how to prepare this green stuff, after searching on internet, I found many people make it as a chips, so why not, I’ve tried this and seems addicted to it :-).

Ingredients

  • Fresh curly kale
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
  2. Cut out the thick stems and tear kale leaves into small bite-size pieces.
  3. Wash and dry the leaves very well.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt. Massage with your hand, so that all leaves coated with oil and salt.
  5. Prepare baking sheet underlined with parchment paper.
  6. Arrange the kale leaves on prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until edges start to brown.
