I’ve made this jalapeño red quinoa bites as appetizer / small bites before dinner. You can also use muffin cups to make this, here I used mini silicon rectangular form, so cute isn’t it?. This recipe enough for 2-3 persons, you can double the portion if you want. Reduce the amount of jalapeño for kids, don’t forget to remove the seeds. :-). Enjoy the mini jalapeño red quinoa bites!
