Energy balls, to be honest I never made this before, since I’m a big fan of Pinterest and found many recipes of energy balls with healthy ingredients. I’ve made hazelnut cranberry peanut butter energy balls, it’s made from ground hazelnut, chopped dried cranberry, oats, peanut butter and honey. Surprisingly delicious bites! Of course you can add another ingredients you like. I’ll try to make this delicious energy balls with other ingredients, Check it out.

I’ve visited my friend few days ago, we had a small party there and I brought some of this energy balls (underlined with paper form) as small bites. Yummy!

Hazelnut Cranberry Peanut Butter Energy Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup ground hazelnut
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoons honey

Instructions:

  1. Prepare a bowl, mix all ingredients with spoon, combine well.
  2. Take one tablespoons of the mixture and make a ball, repeat until finish.
  3. Keep in refrigerator for 5-10 minutes or you can directly eat it.
