Grilled Padron Peppers with Lime

grilled padron peppers with lime

I know that summer time is over, no more grill time. But somehow I have to post my favorite appetizer; grilled padron peppers with lime. Normally I made this in a pan, cook with some olive oil until they’re blistered, season with salt and some lime juice from fresh lime. But this time I made it by using mini grill machine that I’ve at home, I just need to heat the grill machine, toss padrón peppers with olive oil and lime juice in a bowl, lay the peppers on grill machine, cook until blistered and a little bit wilted, transfer back into the same bowl that you use for tossing them, sprinkle with sea salt. Enjoy it!
