Garlic Herb Butter

I used this garlic herb butter for beef “minute steak”, it tasted so good. This garlic herb butter perfect to served for poultry, fish, potato or bread. Basically, you need room temperature butter, combine with chopped herb and minced garlic. You can use any herb you have at home. On this recipe, the herb that I used are;  basil, chives and parsley.

Garlic Herb Butter


  • 1 cup Butter, room temperature
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Chives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt


  1. Whip together the room temperature butter, chopped herbs and minced garlic until well mixed.
  2. Place the mixture on a piece of plastic wrap.
  3. Form the butter into a log.
  4. Refrigerate until it's hard enough.
  5. Cut the butter into slices.
