It’s a long time ago since the last time I ate deviled eggs. It’s typical party food, small bite hard-boiled eggs, shelled, cut in half,  filled with hard boiled egg yolk mixed with mayonnaise and mustard. It served as appetizer (Hors d’oeuvre) or side dish.

The filling on this recipe is made from mixture of hard-boiled egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, white vinegar , salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with paprika powder. This is delicious appetizer ever, next time I’ll serve this yummy deviled eggs, if my friends come to visit me.

Deviled Eggs


  • 3 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoon honey mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • garnish with paprika powder


  1. Mix the cooked egg yolk and all ingredients together.
  2. Fill in the mixture into the cooked white eggs.
  3. (you could use a pastry bag, but I fill them with a spoon).
