I’ve made this yummy Creamy garlic mini Champignon mushrooms as side dish. The mini Champignon mushrooms that I used was from a can, I removed the water, washed and drained it. Heat olive oil, sauté minced garlic, add mushrooms, add fresh herb, season with salt and pepper, remove from heat, add cream cheese, combine well, ready to serve. It’s easy to make right? I use fresh thyme for this recipe, you can also use other herbs, like; parsley rosemary or basil.

Creamy Garlic Mini Champignon Mushrooms


  • 400g white mini Champignon mushrooms (from can)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme or fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and black pepper


  1. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  2. Add minced garlic, add mushrooms, stir for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add fresh thyme, season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Remove from heat, add cream cheese, combine well.
  5. Ready to serve.
