How to serve:
Take one of the crepe, add strawberry sauce, add chopped strawberry, roll it, garnish with powder sugar. The other way to serve it:  take one of the crepe, add one scoop ice cream, pour strawberry sauce on top of it, garnish with chopped strawberry. Enjoy it. Chocolate Crêpes Strawberry Sauce


  • For chocolate crêpes:
  • 2 eggs
  • 120g flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 300ml milk
  • 50g butter, melted
  • a pinch of salt
  • For strawberry sauce filling :
  • 400g strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 100ml water
  • 1/2 lemon (1 tablespoon lemon juice)
  • Garnish: chopped strawberries
  • Additional : vanilla ice cream or powdered sugar


  1. For Crêpes: Whisk the eggs in a bowl with mixer until foamy. Add milk. Add dry ingredients (flour,cocoa powder and salt), stir for few minutes. Add melted butter, continue stirring. Heat frying pan with medium heat. Pour one ladle of the batter into the pan, make it as thin as possible. Cook for 1 minute, turn over with spatula, cook the other side. Repeat until the batter finish.
  2. For strawberry Sauce: Wash the strawberry, remove the green leaves, cut into half or chop it. Boil the water in a pan, add strawberry, sugar and lemon juice. Cook with low heat for 5-8 minutes. Cool down. Blend the cooked strawberry with mixer.
