Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond nuts
  • 1 cup hazelnut
  • 5 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup buckwheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. Blend almond and hazelnut in a food processor.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, blend until all combined.
  3. Prepare baking sheet, grease with coconut oil.
  4. Preheat oven 170°C.
  5. Take some of the cookie dough, make a ball form, press with the palm of your hand, place on prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
