Cheese Sticks Puff Pastry

I’ve made this cheese sticks actually not as a snacks but as a side dish for soup. I’ve cooked bear leek or wild garlic soup and eat that together with this cheese sticks puff pastry. I used puff pastry, eggs and cheese.I’ve bought the puff pastry at supermarket in cool storage, it’s ready to use, because it takes a long time if I have to made puff pastry by myself.
The recipe inspired by Christian Rach’s cook book, besser- besser-essen. He’s famous chef in Germany. You could see  Christian Rach website. This cheese sticks puff pastry are perfect companion for any kind soup.
