This baked sweet potato fries is my favorite appetizer or snack, I enjoy this only with mayonnaise and ketchup, very simple, healthy and tasty. You can also serve this fries your favorite dip.

This sautéed brown Champignon mushrooms are cooked with red wine, flavored with garlic and seasoned with rosemary and black pepper. It’s very easy to make and taste delicious. As side dish, perfect together with your steak or burger. For kids menu, just omit the red wine. For mushroom fans, you should try this recipe:-).
