Normally I eat soba noodle only at restaurant. I was at organic shop and I’ve seen Buckwheat noodle , in Japanese called Soba noodle. So, I’ve made soba noodle with honey ginger sesame soy sauce for our dinner menu. It’s very easy and delicious. I served this with fried tofu.
