Pumpkin Chia Coconut Milk Porridge

Autumn season, it’s pumpkin time. For breakfast, I’ve made pumpkin chia coconut milk porridge with gluten free oats. Season with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and vanilla. It gave me warm feeling after eating this.

Golden Milk

November in Germany…brrr very cold weather, no sunlight at all the whole day. We need a powerful hot drink to strength our immune system, it’s Golden Milk ….made from turmeric spice and coconut milk. Enjoy it!

Duchess Potatoes

I’m addicted to this Duchess potatoes, it looks so cute and taste good :-). It’s made from purée of mashed potatoes and combine with egg yolk, butter, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Place it in piping bag with star tip and make a swirl shapes. bake until golden.

Quinoa cashew chocolate cookies

This quinoa cashew chocolate cookies are very delicious … I ate this for my afternoon tea, sometimes also for breakfast. You can also remove the chocolate if it is too sweet for you for breakfast. Enjoy it!
