Pumpkin Chia Coconut Milk Porridge

Autumn season, it’s pumpkin time. For breakfast, I’ve made pumpkin chia coconut milk porridge with gluten free oats. Season with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and vanilla. It gave me warm feeling after eating this.

Golden Milk

Duchess Potatoes

I’m addicted to this Duchess potatoes, it looks so cute and taste good :-). It’s made from purée of mashed potatoes and combine with egg yolk, butter, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Place it in piping bag with star tip and make a swirl shapes. bake until golden.
