This is the yummiest snack ever, I’m addicted to it. Cashew nuts, sunflower seed and pumpkin seeds coated with tahini mixture. Healthy snack, vegan and gluten free.

Black-eyed pea patties

This black-eyed pea patties are perfect to enjoy as snack or appetizer served with mayonnaise paprika dip, wow taste so good. The patties were a little bit spicy because I added green chili and jalapeño into it, and I spread with lime juice for tangy flavor.

Adzuki Bean Hummus
