Carrot Apple Salad

I just want to tell you the history about this carrot apple salad recipe. Just to let you know, I come from Indonesia and live in Hannover, Germany. I have found community here where all of them are Indonesian people who live in Hannover. Normally they had activity every week to cook together, sharing new recipes, teach other how to cook national food, as you know, most of them can’t cooking as they lived in Indonesia, since they live in other country, they miss  the national cuisine and try hard to cook it.

Few months ago, I remember that we have made panada with carrot salad. To be honest, I didn’t like raw vegetables, really….salad was not my favorite, maybe I ate that once a month :-), since I live in Germany, somehow I get used to eat it.
Thanks to Mrs. Mulyani, she taught us how to make simple carrot salad,
I’ve tried that and surprise…I love it!
There are many benefits from carrots, for example;
