Broccoli Mushroom Oyster Sauce

broccoli mushroom oyster sauceThis broccoli mushroom oyster sauce is one of our favorite dinner menu. It’s quite fast to make and it would be perfect to serve it with warm white rice.

Broccoli Mushroom Oyster Sauce


  • 300g broccoli florets, washed
  • 250g brown Champignon mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 1 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon thick sweet soy sauce
  • 50ml water or vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Prepare small bowl, combine oyster sauce, fish sauce Worcestershire sauce and thick soy sauce. Stir well.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, sauté onion and garlic for few minutes (about 2 minutes).
  3. Add broccoli and mushrooms, stir and cook about 5-8 minutes.
  4. Add sauce mixture, pour water.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, remove from heat.
  6. Serve with warm rice.
