I’ve bought a lot of fresh corn at supermarket and can’t wait to prepare and eat it. This time I made boiled corn on the cob cooked in milk and butter. Garnish with parsley, serve as appetizer, snack or side dish. Sooo delicious!. Boiled corn on the cob

Ingredients
  • 2 ears of corn
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup butter
Instructions
  1. Remove husk and silky hair from the corn, wash it.
  2. Place water, milk and butter in a large pot. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add corn and reduce heat to simmer for 6-8 minutes.
  4. Garnish with parsley.
