I’ve bought a lot of fresh corn at supermarket and can’t wait to prepare and eat it. This time I made boiled corn on the cob cooked in milk and butter. Garnish with parsley, serve as appetizer, snack or side dish. Sooo delicious!. You can also bake the corn, like I’ve made before ; baked corn on the cob.
- 2 ears of corn
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup butter
- Remove husk and silky hair from the corn, wash it.
- Place water, milk and butter in a large pot. Bring to a boil.
- Add corn and reduce heat to simmer for 6-8 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley.
