I love to eat muffins in the morning as breakfast with a cup of coffee, today I’m going to post blueberry peach muffins, I like the combinations of this fruits. After I made blueberry peach smoothieI tried to make muffins with blueberry and peach. Amazing result! Take a look at the pictures below, you can see the pieces of peach and blueberry pop-up at at the top of the muffins. Enjoy the blueberry peach muffins.

Blueberry Peach Muffins


  • 3 small peaches, peeled, diced (1 cup diced peaches)
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon flour for coating

  • 1/2 cup (50g) butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup raw sugar
  • 1 big egg
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • ----------------------------------------------
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • a pinch of vanilla powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 cup milk


  1. In a bowl, coat diced peaches and blueberries with 1 tablespoon flour. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, combine all dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla powder, salt and cinnamon powder.
  3. Prepare a whisking bowl, cream butter and sugar until smooth, beat the egg, add yogurt. Whisk for about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add slowly flour-mixture, continue whisking. Add milk, combine well.
  5. Stir in coated peaches and blueberry by using rubber spatula.
  6. Preheat oven 350°F/180°C.
  7. Scoop the batter into silicon muffin form by using ice cream scoop. At the end enough for 10 muffins form.
  8. Bake 180°C/350°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Cool down on cooling rack.
